At Master Mental Resilience, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
Returns
You have the right to return goods within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, and manuals, where applicable).
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mentalresilience.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personal care products (e.g. opened cosmetics, hygiene products)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photo evidence (if applicable).
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the nature of the issue.
- Return shipping for defective/incorrect items will be covered by us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@mentalresilience.co.za with details and images if necessary.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or no longer wanted, you are responsible for return shipping.
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@mentalresilience.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
