- We deliver within South Africa only, using trusted courier partners
- Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days
- Shipping costs is included into the product pricing
- Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and our store policies:
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return unwanted items
- Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition
- If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will replace or refund it at our cost
